These terms apply to all customers in Northern Virginia served by Andy Lovelace, owner and operator of AndyCleansCans.com. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book a service.
AndyCleansCans.com provides residential outdoor trash can cleaning and sanitizing services. Services are performed on-site at the customer's property. Pricing, frequency options, and add-ons are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change without notice.
To ensure a safe and complete cleaning, customers must provide:
Failure to meet these requirements may result in the service being rescheduled or cancelled. A cancellation fee may apply.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Same-day and next-day appointments are available when possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in loss of priority scheduling status.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will schedule a free re-clean. Subscription plan customers receive priority re-clean scheduling.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed when your appointment is scheduled. Prices are per can unless otherwise stated.
AndyCleansCans.com is not responsible for pre-existing damage to trash cans or property. We take care to perform all services safely and professionally. Any concerns about damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
